By using our website www.budtours.hu, making a reservation, or purchasing any of the service listed on our create platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to our services and define the rights and responsibilities of both Budtours, Budtours and the users of our platform.
Since Budtours does not directly operate or conduct any tours, but only facilitates booking and payment processing, you acknowledge that the actual delivery of the experience is the responsibility of the third-party tour providers listed on our platform.
- Booking & Payment Terms
When booking a Budapest Jeep Tour or any other experience through our platform, you will receive an instant booking confirmation via email. Our platform offers multiple payment options, including online payments via credit/debit card, as well as the possibility to pay in cash at the start of the tour.
The listed price of each tour applies per vehicle and can accommodate up to six passengers. For larger groups, additional vehicles can be arranged upon request, but this will incur an extra charge. If you require an invoice or a VAT invoice, please select this option during the booking process and provide the necessary details.
If you request a pickup or drop-off location outside of the designated 3 km city center radius, additional fees will apply. Furthermore, longer travel distances may reduce the total sightseeing time, as the duration of the tour remains fixed.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to offer flexible cancellation policies while ensuring fairness to our trusted tour operators.
For customers who choose cash payment, cancellations are accepted at any time before the tour begins without penalty. However, if you have made an online payment, the following refund policy applies:
-Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
-Cancellations within 3 days of the tour qualify for a 50% refund.
-Full refunds are available if the cancellation is made within the appropriate timeframe or if the tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our side.
-Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
- Weather Conditions & Tour Availability
Budapest Private Jeep Tours operate year-round, ensuring that you can explore the city’s most famous landmarks and hidden gems regardless of the season. Whether it’s rain or shine, warm or cold, our tours continue as scheduled.
However, in cases of severe weather conditions, such as storms, heavy snowfall, or city-wide road closures due to national holidays or major events, we will inform you in advance if the tour cannot take place. In such cases, we will offer either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
- Tour Safety & Guest Conduct
For the safety and comfort of all passengers, our Budapest Jeep Tours require guests to follow strict safety protocols:
-All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
-Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Budtours. Any damage caused to the vehicle, such as cigarette burns on the seats or vandalism, will result in an on-the-spot compensation fee.
-Vehicles operate with manual transmission and removable covers, requiring extra care when driving. While our drivers are friendly, professional, and available to assist you throughout the journey, guests must refrain from distracting the driver while the vehicle is in motion.
-Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and exclusive sightseeing experience, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for all guests.
- Accessibility & Special Requests
At Budtours , we are committed to making this tours accessible to as many travelers as possible. If you have mobility restrictions, require wheelchair accessibility, or have any other special needs, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange a suitable vehicle and additional assistance if necessary.
Additionally, our tours include a complimentary Hungarian dessert (strudel), which contains flour, sugar, nuts, eggs, and dairy. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us in advance so that we can accommodate your request.
To ensure a seamless experience, we can also provide extra steps for easier vehicle access for guests with limited mobility.

To enhance your Budapest city sightseeing experience, our tours come equipped with a multi-language audio guide system, allowing guests to choose from over 10 languages. - Liability & Disclaimers
We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings, and we advise guests to keep personal items secure at all times and also our third party.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will first be addressed through negotiation and mediation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through legal arbitration in Dubai.
